You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.

You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cryptocurrency transactions and charitable giving.

The content, features, and functionality of TAWF's services are owned by TAWF Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

While we strive to ensure Shariah compliance, users should conduct their own due diligence and consult with qualified Islamic scholars regarding their specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAWF Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Islamic principles of dispute resolution.
